Living Spring Church was founded in 2008 in a field next to a small house just down the road from the present-day location. Today, despite a large facility and a campus that includes a dilapidated school structure and a medical clinic, many who come to church still “stand in a field” looking through the open back doors and windows of the packed church. After walking to church, sometimes multiple miles, to attend services, the church is often full. Living Spring is currently raising funds for a new church building to allow more people to see and hear the good news of Jesus on a weekly basis.

"It's a good problem to outgrow our church building,” Living Spring's pastor said, "We have begun putting money aside, and we are encouraging our people to give 2 cents, 3 cents." 

The church has worked with a local architect for overall design and they are building as money is raised, with the people in their congregation contributing most of the labor.
