Kanara Church Plant
Living Spring’s most recent church plant is in the fishing village of Kanara. The church has a large refugee population and is in an area with a lack of ready access to clean water, making disease a common problem.

Event Stage
Crusades and large events are a common and popular means for church-planting and other community causes in Uganda, but renting and transporting a stage is a costly venture. Instead of renting a stage for the Kanara church plant, ABIDE and other western partners helped Living Spring purchase a stage that could not only be used for future events, but could become self-sustainable, providing an income as they rent it out for other functions.
